The Food for Schools Virtual Showcase was designed to help manufacturers, brokers, districts and groups collaborate on new items. It a a platform that allows vendors to submit detailed information about items they represent so that districts and directors have all the data they need to evaluate an item in a consistent and easy to use format. In addition to product information, vendors can upload images, spec sheets, web links, and even a prerecorded Zoom video featuring their items. Directors can access all of this information via an easy to use dashboard.
Directors can easily ask questions and see vendor responses, request samples, rate items, make projections and share the item with other members all from within the application. Our groups can collaborate online, making it easier to evaluate items for potential addition to our bids.
